We had our Stage 2 Audit from LRQA on the 25th August 2020 and are pleased as punch to receive our ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation. This reflects our ethos of placing continual improvement at the centre of our service delivery. Awaiting our certificate and will be posted soon. ISO 9001 certification means we have a rigorous Quality Management System underpinning our ability to be responsive to client needs while allowing us to streamline processes, reduce risk and increase efficiencies.
